Music is powerful to me everyday and there have been so many times in my life where distinct changes were made in my life and in my character because of music. There have been several instances where on hearing music I sobbed for hours, both tears of joy and beauty and other times a connection to deep sorrow, but really just the whole spectrum of emotions. At times if feels like music penetrates to the essence of my soul, and leaves me behind taking me into humanity, into the earth, into universal existence. Also, I am very often filled with gratitude to be around and to be able to hear so many extraordinary musicians who inspire me greatly.
