Pete tells the crazy story behind Psychopathic Girlfriend

My song, “Psychopathic Girlfriend” is about/influenced by fear: specifically fear of my former roommate’s ex-girlfriend. She was extremely clingy, and when he broke up with her she didn’t take it so well. So, one day, I come home and there she is, sitting on a chair, alone waiting for him. She wasn’t going to kill him or anything, but fuck! She had broken in! So, this energy, this fear that I had from this, was channeled and turned into a song , which, I also mean to be humorous. It’s dark, but humorous (I hope anyway).
